Mousse SPF50 – Mineral Matte Tinted

Mother Mousse SPF 50 (also sold as Mineral Matte Mousse) is a tinted mineral sunscreen for skin that gets shiny. Most zinc sunscreens sit heavy and slick on oily skin, so we stock the Mousse for the people who've given up on mineral SPF because of it. It whips onto the skin like a light mousse and dries down to a soft, satin-matte finish.

Zinc oxide is the only sunscreen active. Tapioca starch soaks up excess shine and jojoba oil keeps skin comfortable, so it doesn't leave you dry. A gentle peach tint takes the edge off the white cast zinc can leave, and it wears well on its own or under makeup.

How to use: Warm a generous amount between your fingertips, then apply liberally to face and neck every morning after skincare and before makeup. Reapply every 2 hours. This formula is not water resistant, so for swimming or sweaty days use a water-resistant sunscreen like our Face & Body SPF50+. Sunscreen is one part of sun protection, so pair it with a hat, clothing and shade.
