PRICING
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) on the website and in any other correspondence. All prices and availability of the products listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT
Placing Your Order
You may place an order by completing the checkout process on the D website.
When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of your order via email. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.
We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your payment has been processed. D and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.
If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Payment Methods And Processing
D currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Stripe and Laybuy
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NZ Public holidays.
For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind? No problem. Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 14 days from when your order was delivered. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and condition accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund.

2. Please send your parcel to the below address along with your ORDER ID and full name clearly marked.
Exchanging your order? Please include all of the above and an advice slip of which product you would like to exchange.

We are afraid we cannot cover return postage costs. We advise to send with tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and paid for, there is no cancellation of the purchase order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All New Zealand deliveries are sent signature required overnight delivery with CourierPost. Please note if you live in the South Island or Rural areas it may take up to 3 business days to receive your goods.

New Zealand: Flat rate $10.00 with free shipping for all orders over $100.00
Shipping Insurance
All goods are insured during transit.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If in the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can provide assistance. Where possible, we will attempt to resolve your issue.
