Sourced from the Pacific Northwest's Willamette Valley, known for its superior peppermint quality, this organic tea is cultivated sustainably on 400 acres with minimal inputs thanks to best farming practices, regular crop rotation and intensive hand weeding. Harvested at peak oil content, the leaves are carefully dried and sorted for uniform sizes.

Brew a slightly heaped teaspoon with freshly boiled water at 100˚C, infuse for 5 minutes, and enjoy clear or with honey.
