Inside the Journal
Twenty guided session entries: This notebook comes equipped with 20 therapy session entries to help you mentally prepare for therapy. With pre-session check-ins, space for session notes & key takeaways, and a self-reflection component, you can make the most of your therapy journey.
Over 70 journaling prompts for thoughtful self-reflection: Thoughtful journaling prompts help transform the time between your therapy sessions into moments of transformative potential. Each Reflection from the Week offers three different journaling prompts, so you'll always have something to choose from.
Goal check-ins to reflect on progress: Most people who start therapy are looking to address a broad issue to help improve their lives. This notebook enables you to identify your therapy goals and track progress with periodic Goal Check-Ins. You'll also get a chance to reflect on your relationship with your therapist to continue to make the best choices for yourself.
Therapist FAQs & Fit Checker: We've provided insight into clients' most common questions about the therapy process to help aid and inform your journey. There's also a handy guide to help you consider your relationship with your therapist and determine if it's a good fit.
How It Works
Mindfully prepare for each session: Every session entry begins with a mindful check-in to help you prepare. You'll have access to grounding techniques and guided prompts to reflect on how you're doing before your therapy session begins.
Capture the insights that lead to progress: Each session entry includes intentional space for session notes and reflection. As you work through different topics with your therapist, you may have new ways of thinking that you want to capture.
Reflect on your week with guided prompts: Therapy is 1 hour out of our 168-hour week. Each session entry includes a variety of reflection prompts to help you continue processing between sessions and remember what to talk about with your therapist. Set clear goals for therapy: Set and shift your therapy goal with your therapist every ten sessions, and monitor your progress and comfort with your therapist.
