Directions:

Dispense a full dropper under the tongue once daily for 5 minutes, then swish around the mouth and discard (spit out). If desired, it may also be applied topically on compromised skin. Take one more dropperful during times of stress or illness. Very ill individuals may need 1.5 pumps three times daily.
